Survey and Data Collection service to Property Professionals

A spin off from our Energy Assessment role has been the development of our Data Collection, and compliance checking service. We found that while we were taking site photographs, measurements and photographs, clients would frequently ask us to produce sets of floor plans for them. From this has grown a service where we produce property descriptions, measured surveys and Risk Assessments for other Property Professionals. We can check planned buildings for Building Regulations Part L compliance, using our SBEM software, and calculate SAP ratings using Sapper software.
